Our history

Passion, experience and authenticity

GranRio was born from the passion of Alessandra, Emiliano and Manuel, true Venetians deeply attached to their city and the lagoon. Manuel and Emiliano have been navigating the canals of Venice for over 35 years and have owned some of the most beautiful wooden boats to have sailed these waters: men of the sea, gondoliers and guardians of a knowledge that only those who truly belong to Venice can possess. With their experience, GranRio opens the doors to a normally inaccessible world, allowing you to discover secret places and routes that are part of the authentic soul of the lagoon.
